Ages 5-8

Little Kids Wrestling

Where it all starts — balance, body control, and confidence.

Our Little Kids program is a great introduction to wrestling for our youngest athletes. Practices are short, structured, and high-energy — designed to build the basics of stance, motion, and balance while keeping kids engaged and having fun.

Whether your child is brand new to the mat or already loves to wrestle around the house, this is the perfect place to channel that energy in a positive direction.

Middle School & Junior Wrestlers

Where committed wrestlers separate themselves.

The Middle School / Junior Wrestling program is for athletes who want to keep progressing beyond the basics — preparing for next season, transitioning from another sport, or looking for a stronger competitive environment.

We focus on technical mastery through high-rep drilling, advanced fundamentals, and a real athlete development pathway. This program also serves as the entry point to the MatTime Team.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00 - 5:00pm
  • Intermediate to advanced wrestlers welcome
  • Pathway into the MatTime Competition Team
  • Coach: Adrian Garcia
Grades 8th-12th

High School & 8th Graders

Serious wrestlers are built in the off-season.

MatTime's High School program is designed for high school wrestlers and incoming 8th graders who want to develop after the season ends and come back stronger, sharper, and more prepared to compete.

Sessions emphasize positional wrestling, match strategy, chain wrestling, and situational awareness — the details that separate good wrestlers from great ones.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00 - 6:30pm
  • Intermediate to advanced wrestlers
  • April – October training cycle
  • Coach: Adrian Garcia (NCAA Div I, 2022 Masters National Champ)
