MatTime would like to welcome you to our new Fitness classes in Penryn. We'll make you stronger, leaner, meaner and healthier. All you need to bring is a smile, a can-do attitude and some determination. We'll do the rest!
FITNESS FOR ATHLETES, MOMS AND DADS The last couple years have reminded us about the importance of physical fitness, fomr our overall health, strength and even mental health. Physical fitness absolutely needs to be a part of everyone's lives in 2021/22 and our new classes at MatTime will help you do this and get you together with like-minded people.
Workout Schedule
Early Morning Fun Our classes kick off bright and early. We will be offering a 5:30am class, 7:00am as well as a 8:30am class. The early class may seem way too early but it is a great way to start the day and you might even be able to bring your spouse, significant other or high schooler in with you. Your mornings won't be made easier by coming in but the benefits of getting out of your comfort zone, increasing your strength and conditioning and overall outlook on life will improve. We promise!
Are you ready for the challenge?
Having moved into our new location in Penryn in June of 2019, we ended up taking over a space that was formerly a fitness gym. With this, we have the space for fitness and room to grow. Though MatTime's core services remain with Kids Wrestling and Jiu Jitsu for Kids and Jiu Jitsu for Men and Women, fitness goes right along with these disciplines and our facility is wide open in the mornings.
