Sara McMann — 2004 Olympic Silver Medalist in wrestling, longtime UFC veteran, former UFC Bantamweight title challenger, and personal coach to Olympic Gold Medalist Amit Elor at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games — is offering a one-time FREE Sports Psychology course for wrestling coaches on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

This is a course that typically runs $2,000. Sara is donating her time to give wrestling, MMA, and BJJ coaches the frameworks and tools she's used at the highest levels of the sport — Olympic, NCAA, and professional MMA.

Three Sessions — One Course

This course is split into three sessions so coaches can fit it around their schedule. Each session is a complete three-hour block — here are the times:
