Summer Wrestling Camps at MatTime

Two Age Groups | Two Sessions

REGISTRATION IS OPEN: No better time to kick things off than our Nation's Independence day. Join us from Tuesday, July 4 - Thursday, July 27 as we will offer two sessions for two age groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July. We will look to keep our Junior Wrestlers and High School Wresters sharp during the off season and help them get ready for the new fall season. The camps will be coached by none other than Coach David Klingsheim. David is a two-time California State Champion and Big 12 Champion at Nebraska, along with Jordan Burroughs. Your wrestlers will benefit from the extensive Junior Wrestling and High School coaching experience of Coach Klingsheim. Now located in North Carolina, Coach David will be spending time in California during the summer and MatTime is honored to be a location of choice. High School Wrestlers: 15-18 years
Tuesdays and Thursdays in July
9:00am-10:30am

Junior Wrestlers: 10-14 years *
Tuesdays and Thursdays in July
6:00pm-7:30pm



* Some exceptions for ages can be made depending on the experience level of the wrestler.

PLEASE NOTE, YOUR WRESTLER WILL NEED A VALID USA WRESTLING CARD TO ATTEND. If you purchased a card this year you should be good as they don't expire until August. Otherwise, please register for a new card at the USA Wrestling Membership website.

 

Junior and High School Wrestlers

This camp will cover different aspects of Folkstle Wrestling from fundamentals to advanced wrestling concepts. With a deep understand of wrestling techniques and combat arts, Coach David has aassembled everything he's leraned into a system of his own that can be easily digested by wrestlers of different skill levels.

We welcome kids of different levels but it should be noted that this is not going to be an easy camp. It will be fund, but hard. You won't be dissapointed if your have a serious wrestler.

What: Folkstyle Wrestling.
Who: Junior Wrestlers (10-14 yrs) and High School Wrestlers (15-18 years)
Skill Level: Intermediate/Advanced.
Where: 3105 Penryn Rd, Penryn, Ca.
When (High School): 9:00am - 10:30am.
When (Juniors): 6:00pm - 7:30pm.
